An expert in OC/Selective Reading and Writing tests, Ms. Liang combines a deep literary background with analytical thinking to help students dissect question types and develop effective strategies. In her classes, students are analysed like

She works as a researcher in the Faculty of Science at UNSW. With expertise in applied mathematics, operations research, and statistics, she conducts research on aviation science, aiming to improve safety and sustainability.
As an OC/Selective Mathematical Reasoning specialist, Ms. V simplifies complex problem-solving techniques for students, emphasising the ability to adapt skills to related questions. Beyond helping students excel academically, she shares the practical and enjoyable aspects of mathematics, turning it into a subject that is both "fun" and "useful."
Ms. V believes in the principle of "teaching students how to fish rather than giving them fish" and ensures that students enjoy the process of learning and mastering mathematics.
👨🏫Dr. CY (Thinking Skills Awakening Expert for OC/Selective)
PhD Mathematics, UNSW
Dr. CY currently serves as a researcher at the Faculty of Science, UNSW. With prior experience as a mathematical researcher in the medical industry and UNSW law school, he has been praised for his "comprehensive and flawless thinking" in
pre-employment cognitive tests.
Using insights gained from the SAT (medical school entrance test) and LAT (law school entrance test), Dr. CY has developed rapid score-boosting strategies for OC/Selective Thinking Skills. In his classes, students record the time taken for each question in seconds to identify areas needing improvement. Through unique
exercises and lesson plans, students achieve efficient progress.
